You will need a nice clean area, a metal spoon, and a cup or bowl.
Place teeth into very hot water until the teeth become flexible and the fitting material is soft all the way through. Tap water will not be hot enough, so the water will need to be heated to at least 130º fahrenheit (think simmering or just starting to boil). It might take 2-3 minutes for the fitting material to be heated all the way through. If the fitting material is not softening, then the water you are using is not not hot enough. Once heated properly, the teeth will be flexible and the fitting material will be very soft and pliable. After the fitting material is heated all the way through, remove the teeth and fitting material from the water with a metal spoon.
Please make sure you are careful when placing the teeth in and out of the hot water. It is ok to give them a few seconds before putting them in your mouth for safety.
STEP 02
Using a mirror, firmly position the Instant Smile Teeth over your existing teeth. Press them firmly against your teeth and gently pat the impression material with your thumbs behind your real teeth.
